The company, and all of the contractors assigned to the job did an incredible job of designing the space, roughing in new walls and plumbing, tiling, creating built-ins, and ensuring the proper installation of new hardwood floors. As all renovation projects are concerned, there were tiny bumps here and there, but Homelink managed any set backs by keeping me aware of the situation and always making me feel that the problem would be resolved in a timely fashion. “I was very impressed with Bill Maslink and his approach to tackling a rather large house in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. His first visit was to evaluate and give me an estimate. Since this cleaning was more detailed and not a “standard” weekly cleaning, we went through room by room as he took notes on what I wanted done, preferable cleaning solutions (if I chose not to use theirs) and what special amenities might be involved. He was extremely thorough and professional. Bill requested another “walk-through” visit before scheduling the work with Kirsten, who would be the cleaning team leader. The workers from Homelink went all the way with everything they did for us, from rebuilding our front porch and painting so it looked like it was brand new. Our house was built in 1821, so that was a major accomplishment. Along with the age of the house, came a former Root Cellar, that we had let deteriorate to a point where the roof could not be saved.

Homelink’s carpenters and craftsmen came to the rescue, replaced the shingle style roof with a standing seam panel roof and all of the deteriorated framing. All construction debris was handled and disposed of properly, by Homelink, as well. All of the work was done in a timely fashion, payment schedules were done the same way. We would not hesitate to call upon them for future jobs around the farm.

Homelink coordinated all work to be done; arranged services and services were delivered on dates set with one change of date agreed upon in advance by subcontracted electrician and homeowner. Interior home cleaning crew excellent and work was beyond that expected. All work was professionally done and of high quality. Installation of electrical was more complex than initially expected and Homelink contacted us to insure that an increased cost of $50 was acceptable before work was initiated. Workmanship of electrician was excellent and carried our quickly. He explained fully the change needed to install the receptacle. The joy of this “must have done within two weeks job” was that Bill managed the process, was professional in every respect and the work performed was of high quality.
