Storm Repair

A recent storm in the Richmond area left some of my clients with a lot of property damage. My job as their agent is to provide them with the assistance they need to get through this “tumultuous” time. Sometimes this is easy to do and other times it can be challenging. I rely heavily on strong resources that I can count on during these times. I want to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to Jenny Barber, with Homelink. As with most disasters, time is of the essence and this situation was no different. I called Jenny as soon as the phone calls started coming in. She was quick to respond, and even when she did not have any power herself, was still available to help. She responded to my client’s needs quickly and helped mitigate a lot of future damage. She sent her experts out to the damaged areas and provided very reasonable estimates. She also provided me with copies of the estimates quickly, enabling me to speed up the claims process and allowing my clients to get the damaged areas fixed in a┬átimely fashion. Not only has her company impressed my clients, but they have also managed to impress a few of the claims adjusters with Erie Insurance Group. One in particular asked me to forward her contact information along to them to use for future reference.

Jenny has mentioned the countless awards Homelink has achieved on Angie’s List and now that I have had the opportunity to work with her and her company, I believe they deserve each and every one of them. I look forward to referring her to all of my clients and will do so with no hesitation.
